Transport for year-end parties and team building should be booked early. In December and the last lunar month, restaurants, venues and resorts near Ho Chi Minh City are full with company parties and weddings, and so are coaches. This guide covers choosing vehicles by headcount, safe evening shuttles, and contracts and invoices for companies.
Friday and Saturday evenings in December and the weeks before Tết are busiest. Tết 2027 starts on 6 February 2027, so many companies hold parties from mid-January 2027.

The contract lists vehicles, schedule, waiting time and price, signed by both parties, with an 8% VAT invoice. Prices with driver include fuel and tolls; quick-quote prices include a 10% discount; a 10% deposit holds the vehicles. Guests flying in can be met at Tan Son Nhat: drivers track flights and wait if delayed, with no waiting fee (airport transfers). Regular needs: monthly rental for companies.
