You agree a fixed number of days, hours per day and kilometres, with a driver assigned. Overtime and extra kilometres are billed as agreed. Typical uses are executive transport, staff shuttles and client visits.
Check working hours, days off, replacement vehicle policy, insurance, fuel and tolls, and termination notice. Ask for an invoice and a clear monthly schedule.
Executives usually prefer a 4 or 7-seater; staff shuttles use a 16 or 29-seater. Ask about the driver's experience, uniform and English or Vietnamese communication.
