For siblings at different schools, review each timetable and seat allocation. Decide how arrival will be confirmed to the responsible adult.

How should parents change the authorised recipient?

Agree a change channel at the start of the monthly service. Identify the recipient, location and applicable date rather than relying on the child to relay a message. Define any proportionate verification and what happens if the recipient is absent. The driver needs an agreed waiting and contact procedure instead of improvising a handover.
