Send access-road photos, gate clearance and turning-space details for difficult sites. Mention night shifts, non-working days and driver PPE requirements. Agree permitted roads, equipment carriage and cleaning. Ground clearance alone does not make a vehicle suitable for soft or unstable ground.

Sites in the industrial belt around the city often mean a daily commute from staff housing. Since July 2025 former Binh Duong and Ba Ria – Vung Tau are part of Ho Chi Minh City, and former Binh Phuoc is part of Dong Nai, so paperwork may show new addresses for familiar places.
