A wedding guest shuttle gets relatives to the ceremony on time, with no self-driving or parking hunt, and keeps older guests safe. The usual questions are whether to choose a 16, 29 or 45-seater and how many vehicles you need. This guide shows how to count vehicles, pick sizes for the road and plan multi-stop pickups.
Guests carry gifts, áo dài and decorations, and older relatives need room. Recommended real capacity:

Example: about 40 guests from the groom's side could take one 45-seater plus a 7-seater for both sets of parents, or two 29-seaters if pickups are in two different areas.
29 and 45-seaters need wide roads to enter and turn. Many homes in Ho Chi Minh City are in alleys; use a 16-seater or meet on the nearest main road. Prices with driver include fuel and tolls; quick-quote prices already include a 10% discount. A 10% deposit holds the vehicles; the detailed contract is signed by both parties, with an 8% VAT invoice available.
