Wedding Transfers for Overseas Guests

Overseas wedding guests may be unfamiliar with addresses and airport pickup arrangements after a long flight. Give them a clear arrival plan and the next day's gathering time before they travel.

Keep arrival and wedding-day lists separate

For each flight record the date, number, passengers, bags and contact. The wedding-day list needs hotels, lobby times and venues. Keep them separate because guests may arrange some legs themselves. Share a clear English destination name and the exact address with guest and driver.

Give overseas guests clear arrival instructions

First-time visitors may lack mobile data or know little about the airport. Send a short pickup guide, contact and communication channel in their language. Group arrivals by readiness after baggage collection. For the wedding day, identify each transfer group and return time, with one coordinator handling changes.

What to send overseas guests before they fly

Send a short note with the hotel name and address in Vietnamese and English, the driver meeting point at the airport, a contact number on WhatsApp or Zalo and the wedding-day lobby time.

Ask each guest for the flight number and bag count. Remind guests to check visa rules and to carry some cash for small purchases.
