How the driver tracks your flight

The driver saves your flight number and follows its status in an app: departure, estimated arrival and any changes. So the driver leaves based on when the plane really lands, not a guess. It also helps when a flight arrives early.

Delays: the car waits, no waiting fee

Delays are common, especially in the year-end peak and around Tet. You do not need to call with a new time; the driver already sees it. Time for immigration and baggage is allowed for after landing, and the driver waits until you come out. We do not charge waiting fees for airport pickups.

What to send when you book

• Flight number and date. This matters most.
