Flights around midnight are easy to book on the wrong date, while an early departure needs a driver confirmed beforehand. Check the flight number, date and time together.
A 00:30 flight on the 23rd may require a pickup on the evening of the 22nd; write both dates explicitly. For late arrivals, check phone access and accommodation reception hours, plus waiting and date-change terms.
Please book at least a day ahead with your airline and flight number. Your driver will call to reconfirm the evening before and will be at your door ahead of time.
Check in online if your airline offers it, set out your passport, tickets and phone charger, and leave your bags by the door so you can head straight out.
Your driver follows the flight in an app and always knows the actual landing time, even after a long delay, and waits for you with no airport waiting fee.
Once you have your bags, please call your driver, who will guide you to the pickup point. At Terminal 3, chauffeur cars meet at their own point, away from the taxi and ride-hailing areas.
Aim to arrive around 04:00. From the former District 1, we would suggest a pickup at about 03:30, with your driver reconfirming at 21:00 the evening before.
Your driver updates to the new landing time and is in place before you reach arrivals; simply call once you have your luggage.
For an after-midnight flight, state the pickup date separately because the car may leave the previous evening. For late arrivals, confirm hotel reception and phone access. Relatives joining the airport pickup increase the return headcount, so provide passenger numbers for both directions.
