Seat count does not describe the remaining luggage space. Send the passengers and large-bag dimensions together. A load that fits with four travellers may not fit when the last row is occupied.
Photograph the suitcases, boxes, pushchair and golf bags together, with the largest dimensions. Identify items that cannot fold or stack. Compare a larger vehicle with separate luggage transport, and confirm the actual vehicle's capacity instead of relying on a universal suitcase count.
