Agree decoration style, who provides flowers and ribbons, and who removes them. Confirm that the venue allows decorated vehicles at the entrance.
Plan the convoy order, pickup times and a buffer of 30 minutes. Check traffic and any road restrictions on the date, and agree the parking spots at each venue.
Ask what happens if a vehicle breaks down: a replacement car should be ready. Confirm deposit, payment date and cancellation terms in writing.
