Your tee time is not the time to arrive at the entrance. Work backwards through check-in, bag drop and the course's warm-up arrangements before choosing the pickup time.
A golf complex can have several courses and entrances. Send the booking confirmation, golfer count, golf bags and accompanying guests. Agree the waiting area and return-call procedure, and update the transport plan if the tee time or post-round meal changes.
Requirements range from being on the tee 5 minutes before to checking in 30 minutes ahead, so please confirm with your course.
We add drive time, a traffic buffer, check-in and warm-up to set the pickup.

Golf bags are long and bulky; for four players, a 7-seater with the third row folded or a 16-seater keeps them all inside.

For courses near Phan Thiet (about 167 km, around 3.5 hours) or Vung Tau (about 95 km, 2 to 2.5 hours), a morning tee time often means leaving Ho Chi Minh City before 05:00. Many groups travel the afternoon before and stay near the course.
There is no night surcharge for pre-dawn pick-ups and no luggage fee for golf bags. Online bookings get 10% off the quote.
Arriving on a morning flight? The driver tracks your landing at Tan Son Nhat, with no waiting fee, and can take you straight to the course.
For a company tournament, the organisers often need one extra 7-seater to carry trophies, gifts and banners to the course ahead of the players. Pick-ups from several hotels can be grouped by area so each vehicle arrives on time.
