A coach pickup needs to be timed around the group being ready at the authorised pickup area. We use the flight number, airline-confirmed terminal and luggage details rather than treating touchdown time as the boarding time.
Count passengers after baggage collection, report missing cases or anyone still inside and contact dispatch before the coach approaches. For multiple flights or terminals, decide at booking whether to consolidate the group or use separate transfers.
At T3 the coach meets you at the operator's registered pickup point. Contract vehicles have their own meeting point, so once the leader has collected the bags, please call the driver to agree exactly where to meet.
Count people and cases in the hall before heading out, because large vehicles cannot wait long in the pickup lane.
We follow your landing time. If anything changes, the leader just messages the driver to agree a new time.
Chauffeur quotes include fuel and tolls, and English-speaking drivers are available for international groups.
Gather passengers and count bags before asking dispatch to bring the coach to pickup. Report baggage delays or other needs so the group can choose to wait or split. Maintain a list for each flight and use one contact to avoid conflicting directions to the driver.
Tell dispatch why the passenger is delayed and consider waiting, splitting the group or an additional transfer where available. Include the companion staying behind and their bags. Do not assume the coach can wait indefinitely in a short-stop pickup area. Agree waiting and late-passenger options when booking.
