Converted Solati limousines can differ in seating and storage. For a group seeking more seat space, inspect cabin photos and confirm the approved passenger capacity before booking.
Check how the seat and belt should be used while travelling. Full recline may interfere with another passenger. For multiple large cases, confirm the actual storage arrangement rather than inferring it from the twelve-seat description.
It is a Hyundai Solati whose passenger cabin has been refitted: some seats removed compared with the 16-seat version and replaced by larger seats with deep recline and a wider aisle. The body, engine and rear luggage compartment stay as on the standard Solati. Different coachbuilders use different layouts and equipment, so the seat plan and features of each van are confirmed with your quote.
| 9-seat limousine | 12-seat limousine | Standard 16-seater | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Group size | 4–7 | 8–10 | 10–15 |
| Seats | Business-class style, near-flat recline | Wide, deep recline | Standard |
| Aisle | Wide | Wide | Narrow |
| Luggage | Moderate | Separate rear compartment | Separate rear compartment |
| Suits | VIPs, business travel | Friends, families, small partner delegations | Large groups, short trips |
If your group is exactly ten and growing, for instance when partners or children may join at the last minute, tell us early. Moving to a larger vehicle is straightforward a few days ahead, but harder on the morning of departure.
Deep recline is the main reason to choose a limousine, but in a shared cabin it comes with some etiquette:
Limousine vans are fitted out by different coachbuilders, so features such as curtains, ceiling lights, charging points or screens vary between vehicles. If your group needs something specific, for example a charging point at every seat for a business trip, say so when booking and we will confirm it on the van you are given. It is written into the quote so there are no surprises on the day.
Ten friends to Phan Thiet, Ho Tram or Vung Tau. Reclining seats let everyone catch up on sleep after an early start, and the ride home after a day in the sea is relaxed. The driver waits while you have dinner, and a late return carries no night surcharge.
Nine people across three generations. Grandparents take the front seats and recline on the pass; the younger ones sit behind. A free seat holds snacks and warm clothes for the highlands. On a multi-day trip the driver's lodging and meals are part of the price; any evening the family invites the driver to dinner, let us know and that meal is subtracted.
Groups of eight to ten visiting Tay Ninh, Ba Ria or the Mekong Delta for the day. Wide seats help older pilgrims on long legs, and the driver waits during the ceremony.
On pagoda and temple trips, many groups bring flowers, fruit and incense as offerings. Keep these in lidded boxes in the rear compartment rather than on the seats, and light nothing inside the van. Modest clothing for the visit can travel in a separate bag so people can change at the site. Older pilgrims often fast or eat lightly before a ceremony, so bring water and a small snack for the drive home.
| When | Activity |
|---|---|
| Day 1, 5:00 | Pickups at two points in the city |
| 7:00 | Breakfast on the expressway |
| 9:30 | Arrive in Mui Ne, drop bags at the resort, visit the sand dunes |
| Afternoon | Free time at the resort; the driver rests |
| Evening | Seafood dinner, then back to the resort |
| Day 2, 14:00 | Check out, stop for local specialities |
| 18:00 | Back in the city, drop-offs in order |
For those two days the driver stays near the resort; the room is already in the quote, so the group books nothing extra.
Groups of eight to ten sometimes ask whether two 7-seat cars would be simpler. Each option has its place:
Tell us how the day will run and we can quote both ways.
For a partner visit, the limousine becomes a moving meeting room. Brief the driver on the order of stops and the name of the senior guest. Put printed agendas or welcome packs on the seats before pickup. If guests will take calls, ask the driver to keep the radio off. Allow time at the hotel for check-in before the first meeting, and keep the van's luggage compartment for their cases so they can go straight from the airport to the factory if needed. At the end of the visit, the same van can take the delegation back to the airport, with the driver tracking departure times.
From May to November, afternoon storms are common in the south. The rear compartment keeps luggage dry on the move. Plan beach and pagoda visits for the morning, aim to be back on the expressway before the late-afternoon downpour, and allow extra time for the return into the city. The driver slows down on wet roads and will wait rather than drive through flooded sections where the road surface cannot be seen.
Converted limousines differ in seat installation, belts and storage. Check child-restraint and mobility needs before choosing from cabin photos. Empty seats do not automatically provide safe heavy-luggage storage. Confirm passengers and baggage in one layout so the promised seating comfort remains practical at pickup.
