For a Ranger cargo booking, package dimensions and weight are more useful than the item's name. Bed measurements and permitted loads depend on the variant, accessories and assigned vehicle.
Provide each package's length, width and height and whether it can tilt or stack. Check the space between wheel arches, tailgate, cover and tie-down points. A Ranger measurement found online cannot establish that every rental will carry the load.
An item fitting in the bed does not prove that its weight is permitted. Check passengers, accessories and the complete load against the vehicle documents, including load distribution. Long, fragile or non-stackable items need separate handling.
Floodwater, deep mud and moving water can damage a pickup or cause loss of control. When conditions are uncertain, stop safely, consult the operator and choose another route. Another variant’s figures are not operating instructions for your rental.
Covers, liners, wheel arches and accessories change usable bed space. Send external dimensions, weight, required orientation and stacking limits. Near the limit, ask for measurements of the assigned vehicle. Check unloading access and handling responsibility too; fitting in the bed does not make the complete delivery straightforward.
Send measurements and photos for a check of permitted carriage, secure restraint and the actual vehicle. Do not assume that opening the tailgate or improvising ties makes the load acceptable. If dimensions, weight or cargo characteristics do not suit the pickup, compare another goods vehicle before collection.

Before pickup, list each item with length, width, height and approximate weight, and note which items must stay upright. Bring straps or ask whether they are provided, and pack fragile pieces in blankets or boxes.
Heavy items go first, close to the cab, with lighter ones on top or behind. Check that nothing sticks out beyond the tailgate and that a cover, if fitted, still closes. In rain, wrap anything that must stay dry.
More details: no passengers in the load bed and Ford pickup rental in Ho Chi Minh City.
Can I carry a motorbike? Only if the size, weight and securing method are confirmed before booking.
Is a driver available? Yes, the pickup can be booked with or without a driver.
Measure each item after it is boxed, wrapped or placed on a frame. Include anything that sticks out, such as handles, wheels and protective corners. Then work out how it will be lifted into the bed. A case may fit once it is inside but be awkward to turn through the opening. Tell the rental team if the item must stay upright or can only be lifted from one side. A photo with the measurements marked on it is often easier to check than a description of the item alone.
For example, a folding display frame and two equipment cases might fit individually. The loading plan changes if the frame cannot have anything stacked on top of it or one of the cases needs to come out at the first stop. Write down the unloading order before the vehicle is assigned. Ask the operator to check the usable opening and the space between obstructions on that specific vehicle, including any fitted liner, cover or storage box.
Check where the pickup can stand while people load it. At an office or hotel, ask whether the building has a service entrance and how far it is from the vehicle to the lift. At a warehouse, ask whether staff will bring the goods to the loading point or expect the driver to collect them inside. Give the transport team the gate address, any loading appointment and the name of the person who will hand over the goods.
If something is heavy or difficult to grip, agree who will provide the handlers and equipment at each end. Check whether the receiving team will have a trolley available and whether it can use the intended route. Tell us if a case contains fragile goods or has handling instructions. If you have several drops, mark the destination on each case and confirm who can accept delivery at each stop.
Send the weight of the packed goods and tell the operator how many people will travel in the cab. Include any tools or other equipment that will be carried on the same trip. Ask for the permissible load and designated tie-down points of the assigned Ranger, as well as the usable bed dimensions. If weather protection matters, check what cover is fitted and whether it can close with the proposed load. If the goods need different handling or weather protection, ask whether a covered cargo vehicle can be quoted for the same trip.
For a return booking, send a separate inventory if the load will change. Include anything being collected after the first drop and note whether the receiving location closes before the end of the day. Share the packed dimensions, weights, photos, addresses and loading windows through our English booking page so the team can check the vehicle and quote the full job.
