Road closures can change access to races and festivals, so a venue address alone is not enough. Use the organiser's approved access map, closure times and gathering areas to plan each group.
Athletes, guests and crew need different arrival times and may finish at different times. Allocate departures by group, with a headcount lead and clear meeting instructions. Include an early-return or late-return option rather than making everyone depend on one final bus.
Major runs in the city are preceded by official notices of central road closures and diversions. We follow these notices and agree pickup and drop-off points outside the closed zone with you.
Athletes, VIP guests, volunteers and technical crews keep different hours, so each group works well with its own list and pickup times.
Bikes, boards, kit bags and water supplies need proper load space; please send us a list so we can match the vehicles.
Pickups are worked back from the organiser's assembly time, allowing for detours around closures. Vehicles arrive early so nobody has to rush.
