For an urgent trip, a short complete request helps us check actual availability. Send the pickup, exact destination, passenger count and earliest departure time rather than only the province name.

Confirm the vehicle, arrival time, driver contact and agreed total. Mention tired passengers, children or bulky luggage immediately. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a car; dispatch depends on vehicle and driver availability.
Exact pickup address, destination, preferred time, passengers, suitcases, and passengers' names and phone numbers.
For urgent trips, please call or message us directly for a quick confirmation.
Your ID card and any documents needed for the family matter.
Small things that make the journey easier.
A 7-seater or limousine keeps them comfortable.
On expressways stops are at service areas; just ask the driver.
The driver will share an estimated arrival time so family at home can prepare.
For urgent travel, send the pickup pin, destination and complete party details immediately. Confirm the assigned car, achievable pickup and route price. Mention children, mobility needs and bulky bags at once. A complete request helps dispatch find a workable option without a last-minute vehicle change.
Before paying, obtain the vehicle arrangement, route, achievable pickup, price and deposit terms. Verify payment details through the operator's established contact channel. Urgency should not remove that check. If no suitable vehicle or timing is available, assess another arrangement before promising an arrival to the receiving family.

When you call us for a car today, give us the earliest time you can actually leave and the latest pickup you can accept. There is a difference between “we can leave now” and “we need to be on the road by 4 pm.” If you are waiting for one family member to finish work, tell us where that person will join you. We can assess whether one meeting point or two pickups makes more sense for the available car. If you have a deadline at the destination, give us the time and explain what it is tied to, such as a ferry, a family gathering or a hospital appointment. We can then discuss what looks achievable before you commit.
At an apartment complex, the name in the booking may take the driver to the main entrance while you are waiting at a different tower. Send the building name, tower and a pin for the vehicle entrance. Let us know if the driver must call from the gate or meet you at a nearby place where a car can wait. For a village drop-off, send the final pin and ask your family whether the last section is wide enough for the vehicle. If it is not, agree on a practical meeting point before leaving. A long walk with luggage can make an otherwise suitable trip a poor fit.
Tell us how many adults and children are travelling, then describe the largest items individually. “Three adults, two full-size suitcases, a folding wheelchair and a small backpack” gives us a better picture than “three people with bags.” If someone has trouble climbing into a vehicle, explain whether step height or door access matters. If you need a child restraint, tell us the child's age and size and ask us to confirm availability for the assigned vehicle. For a same-day trip, these details help us check the car that is actually available.
If a car is available sooner but it cannot carry the whole group and the bags comfortably, ask when a suitable vehicle can arrive. Two people travelling light may have more options than a family carrying several large cases. We can discuss which details are flexible. For example, you may be able to meet at a wider road, while a requirement for wheelchair space cannot be traded away.
Ask for the agreed route and total in writing. Clarify whether that total covers the listed pickups, planned stops, road tolls and any expected waiting. If you need an invoice, mention it before you confirm and ask whether VAT is already in the total. Where a deposit applies, ask for the amount and payment instructions through the same verified contact you used to make the booking. A one-way drop-off also means the car is not automatically booked to wait at the destination or collect you again later.
For example, if you are leaving Ho Chi Minh City for a family address and want to collect a relative on the way, include that address in the first request. If the plan changes after confirmation, send the new stop before asking the driver to take a detour. That gives us a chance to check the timing and tell you whether the original quote still applies.
If you are ready to request a same-day private car with a driver, send the pickup window and the full trip details together. Keep your phone available so the team can clarify any detail that affects dispatch.
