Meal breaks, comfort stops and family visits affect arrival time in different ways. Separate short breaks from planned visits so the driver can build a realistic route.

Mention accessible walking space, toilets or a suitable pet break. A familiar restaurant may be on the opposite carriageway or lack parking. Agree extra visits and their costs before changing the route; emergency lanes are not rest areas.
Expressway service areas are the designated places to stop; national highways also have roadside eateries.
Please share the address in advance so the driver can plan the route and it can go into the contract.
Your driver can suggest convenient places on the way.
Cars do not pull over on the hard shoulder for breaks; every rest is at a service area.
Meals, breaks and visits all take time, and we include them in your arrival estimate.
Note wishes in route order, putting essentials like toilet and meal breaks first.
Children, older travellers and business groups can need different breaks. Specify toilets, walking space, meals and large-vehicle access. Have the operator check a restaurant's approach and turning room before you book it. Include the break in the itinerary when the destination has an appointment deadline.
Suggest the venue and send its address in advance for route, parking and timing checks. A busy restaurant on a narrow road may not suit a coach even near the main route. Include any reserved meal time in the itinerary and balance it with other breaks and passenger needs.
Break priorities, group needs, any reserved restaurant and arrival deadline.

List each stop with its purpose and expected time: toilet break 15 minutes, lunch 45 minutes, family visit one hour. Send addresses or map pins for any visit off the main road.
Tell the driver about children, elderly travellers or thú cưng, so stops can be placed where there is shade and space.

Can we stop anywhere? Only at safe and legal places, not on the hard shoulder.
Do extra stops cost more? Long visits or detours may be added to the price.
