For a multi-day trip, agree operating hours, overnight stops and likely route changes as well as the car. Sending the overnight itinerary helps us plan more accurately than a loose list of attractions.
Confirm any hotel driver room in advance. The quote should explain meals, accommodation, overnight parking and extra hours. A late finish followed by a very early departure may require a different schedule or staffing arrangement.
Please agree a start and approximate finish time for each day so the driver is well rested for the next leg.
To add a stop or switch hotels, simply speak to the driver and our team and we will update the booking.
Large bags can stay in the vehicle for the whole trip, and the driver will help carry them into each hotel. Please keep valuables with you.

A short day-by-day sheet saves most of the back-and-forth: the town you sleep in each night, the first pickup time each morning, and any day with a long transfer. Add the hotel names if you already have them, so the team can check whether there is parking on site or nearby.
Mention fixed points such as a boat departure, a timed ticket or a flight on the last day. These are planned first and the sightseeing fits around them. If the route has a mountain pass or a long coastal leg, ask for that day to start earlier rather than finish late.
