A driver handles charging on a chauffeured EV trip, but charging still needs a place in the schedule. For a Vung Tau weekend, include local journeys and the preferred return time in the booking request.
Confirm the EV model, passengers, bags and intended charging windows. If the car must remain continuously available for multiple stops, state that before booking. The quote should specify charging, parking and additional local journeys.
Pickup from home in the morning, arrive in Vung Tau before lunch, check in and enjoy the beach. The driver charges the car while you relax.
Sightseeing in the morning, lunch, and back to HCMC in the early afternoon.
A 5-seat EV suits a family of three or four with compact luggage. For bigger groups, a petrol or diesel 7-seater is available.
A hotel transfer differs from having the car available throughout the weekend. List meals, sightseeing and post-dinner pickups, then allow charging outside essential service windows. Confirm accommodation, baggage and the return schedule so the quote covers the intended weekend rather than adding each local trip after arrival.
Specify the windows when the car must be available, including dinner, visits and checkout. Dispatch can then assess charging around those commitments. If there is no workable gap, compare another vehicle or service arrangement. The final quote should identify journeys, waiting and energy terms for a fair comparison.

Start by deciding when you actually need the car. For a hotel stay where you plan to walk to the beach and nearby restaurants, you may only need a ride from Ho Chi Minh City on Saturday and a return pickup on Sunday. If you want to visit several beaches, have dinner away from the hotel or carry beach gear between stops, list those journeys before we quote. Two transfers and a car available throughout the weekend involve different schedules for both the driver and the vehicle. We can explain what each quote covers once we know how you want to spend the day.
For the return, share the time you need to arrive in Ho Chi Minh City, particularly if you have a flight or another fixed appointment. “Hotel checkout at noon” does not say whether you want to leave immediately or keep the car for a late lunch. Tell us whether everyone will return to one address or whether the group wants several drop-offs. If you have a dinner reservation in Vung Tau, give us the time and location so we can check whether that journey fits the service you book.
We look for a window when you do not need the car, such as after hotel check-in or during a longer meal. Let us know which parts of the itinerary cannot move. A family with a restaurant booking and an evening pickup may have a different charging window from a couple staying near the beach all afternoon. If you expect to keep luggage in the car during an activity, tell us whether you need access to it while the driver is away. Take passports and anything you will need during that time with you when you get out.
A charger may be occupied, unavailable or located at a site with restricted access. The driver can plan around alternatives, but the trip should leave room for a change if needed. If the hotel advertises a charger, ask whether it is available to visiting vehicles and whether parking or advance arrangements are required. Send us the property name so we can discuss whether using that location is practical. A schedule that leaves no window for charging or delay may suit another vehicle better. We can compare options before you confirm.
Count the people and the bags together. A group with compact weekend bags is different from the same number of travellers bringing hard suitcases, a stroller and beach equipment. If you will be collected from an airport before continuing to Vung Tau, include the flight number and bag sizes. For a hotel pickup, send the vehicle entrance or reception address and let us know if the group will be waiting at more than one hotel. Confirm the assigned model and usable luggage space for the party travelling.
Check which journeys, waiting periods, energy costs, parking and road tolls are included in the written quote. See our guide to what a private-car quote includes for a fuller breakdown of what to ask about. If the plan involves keeping the same driver overnight, ask whether there is a driver-related charge and whether it is included. Also ask how a change to the return time or an extra local stop would be handled. For example, if you decide to visit another beach on Sunday morning, confirm the new stop before departure so there is time to adjust the schedule.
Send your passenger count, luggage, hotel and expected return time through the English booking page. We can then compare a hotel transfer with a weekend itinerary that includes local journeys.
